        As of 2/07/08, we are insuring all orders!

       We are not responsible for any orders that are lost after they have been shipped.

       No combining shipping  with "Custom Order" and "Regular Orders" ("Custom Order" has

             it's own shipping & insurance rates).

       Exchanges, Returns & Refunds:

       Custom Orders: No refunds on deposit or "custom" orders!

       No refunds on S&H or insurance.

       On all returned item(s), notification by email is required within three (3) days

       of receiving items. 

      First you must contact by e-mail, to Ms Gracie before you return item(s).

       Item(s) are returned at cost of buyer.

       No returns on kits that the plastic or box has been removed.

 Note: There will be a charge of $15.00 for return to stock.
