     * General Policy with all orders: *

       We insure all orders!

       We are not responsible for any orders that are lost or wrong address was given at the time of order

               and after order has been shipped by USPS.

       No combining shipping with "Custom Orders"  ("Custom Orders" has its own shipping & insurance rates).

       Exchanges, Returns & Refunds:

       Returning orders: we must be notified by e-mail before returning & reason for return.

       They must not be washed, dry clean & etc; they must be in the original condition.

       Notice of return must be done with in 4 days of receiving order.

       No returns on sale items, all sales are final.

       No refunds will be return until we have received the order back & checked.

       Only what the total order amount can be refunded & maybe see "Note:" below.

       No refunds on shipping & insurance, on returns.

       Custom Orders: is finial once shipped, only amount insured can be refunded if lost.

       No returns on kits that the plastic or box has been removed must be in the original condition.

 Note: There will be a charge of $10.00 if returned to stock.

    Sales and Specials

    No refund on "Inventory Sales" all sales are finial , "Sales" & "% Off" does not apply to "Specials" also.
